Terms and Conditions

1. Provision of Services

Berungrid 合同会社 (hereinafter referred to as "the Studio") provides professional vocal recording, instrument and band recording, mixing, mastering, and podcast recording services. These terms apply to all clients utilizing the Studio's facilities or commissioning its production services.

2. Booking and Deposits

Clients wishing to use the services shall apply for a booking via the contact form or by telephone at 045-645-9799. To confirm a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost is required. The session slot is officially secured only upon confirmation of the deposit payment.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are based on the provided rate cards and include a 10% consumption tax. Individual clients are expected to settle the remaining balance upon completion of the session or prior to final delivery. For B2B (corporate) transactions, payment is due within 14 days from the date of invoice issuance.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 3 days before the session start date are free of charge. For cancellations made within 3 days of the session, the 30% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Exceptions for sudden illness may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Revisions and Delivery

For mixing and mastering services, the Studio provides up to 3 rounds of revisions free of charge following the initial delivery. Any subsequent revisions or significant structural changes to the project will incur additional fees. Final deliverables are provided in WAV and MP3 formats.

6. Ownership of Rights

The rights to the recorded master recordings transfer to the client only after 100% of the service fee has been paid. The Studio reserves the right to use excerpts of the work for portfolio purposes, provided prior consent is obtained from the client.

The client assumes full responsibility for the copyrights and performance rights of the material being recorded and guarantees that such material does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

While the Studio strives to maintain the highest quality of equipment and service, it shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from equipment failure or data loss due to force majeure. Please note that photos on this website are illustrative and may differ from actual conditions.

Users are entitled to the rights provided under the Consumer Contract Act and the Specified Commercial Transactions Act of Japan.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Yokohama District Court as the court of first instance.
